Terms of Use

These Terms explain what RinTrade provides, the limits of our informational service, and how you may use our content and downloadable research data.

1. Acceptance and effective date

These Terms apply to the RinTrade website, articles, comparison tools, outbound links, and downloadable research data, except where a specific item states separate terms. They take effect on the publication date shown at the top of this page. By accessing or using RinTrade on or after that date, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Nothing in these Terms overrides a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

2. Operator identity

RinTrade is operated by Sakkarin Grinara, an individual ("RinTrade", "we", "us", or "our"). Questions and legal notices may be sent to rintrade.com@gmail.com.

3. Informational nature of the service

RinTrade publishes general educational information, broker research, comparisons, and research datasets. This content is not personal financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. It is not an offer or solicitation to enter a transaction and does not promise any outcome.

Broker terms, regulation, availability, and market conditions can change. Check information that matters to your decision directly with the relevant provider and, where appropriate, an independent professional before acting. Trading can result in loss; please read the Risk Warning.

4. No broker or advisory relationship

Using RinTrade does not make RinTrade your broker, adviser, fiduciary, agent, account provider, custodian, or dispute representative. RinTrade does not accept deposits, execute trades, hold client funds, or control broker accounts. You make and remain responsible for your own decisions.

5. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use RinTrade only if you are both: (a) at least 18 years old; and (b) legally able to agree to these Terms, including having reached the age of majority where required. If either condition is not met, do not use the site.

You are responsible for complying with the laws, product restrictions, and eligibility rules that apply to you.

  • Do not interfere with the site's security, availability, or publication controls.
  • Do not attempt to access owner-only administration or non-public data.
  • Do not misrepresent RinTrade content, data, authorship, or affiliation.
  • Do not use the site to facilitate fraud, credential theft, unlawful promotion, or malicious automation.
  • Do not use automated access to bypass technical controls, impose an unreasonable load, or extract content beyond the licence in these Terms. Ordinary search-engine indexing that respects published crawler controls is not prohibited.

7. Copyright, trademarks, and quotations

Unless stated otherwise, RinTrade owns or licenses its original writing, graphics, layouts, code, and the original selection and arrangement of its research materials, to the extent protected by applicable law. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, quotations, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may link to public RinTrade pages, save or print a reasonable copy for personal or internal use, and quote limited portions for commentary, review, or research where permitted by law, provided you give clear attribution and link to the source page.

Without permission, you must not reproduce or substantially republish a complete article, remove attribution, falsely claim authorship or endorsement, or use RinTrade branding in a confusing way. Nothing in this section restricts fair dealing, fair use, or another right granted by applicable law.

8. Downloadable datasets

The current public spread dataset is supplied under the RinTrade Research Dataset Licence 1.0. It permits personal research and internal organisational research, and allows limited public excerpts and original analysis when the source, Study ID, and source page are clearly identified.

Without prior written permission, you must not do any of the following:

  • Sell, rent, sublicense, publicly mirror, republish, or distribute all or a substantial part of the Dataset.
  • Distribute excerpts systematically or in a form that permits reconstruction of a substantial part of the Dataset.
  • Use the Dataset as the principal data source for a competing dataset, database, feed, API, comparison, scoring product, model, or research service.
  • Present modified or derived data as RinTrade's original observations.
  • Imply that RinTrade sponsors, endorses, or verifies your product or analysis.

9. Availability, corrections, and changes

RinTrade may correct, update, add, remove, or stop providing content or features. The site may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, technical faults, network issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be published with a new effective date and will apply prospectively. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance, subject to any different consent requirement imposed by applicable law.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability

RinTrade takes reasonable care when preparing its research, but broker information and market conditions can change. To the extent permitted by law, the site, content, tools, and datasets are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will always be complete, current, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, RinTrade and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; loss of profit, data, opportunity, or business; trading or investment losses resulting from reliance on general information; or losses caused by a third-party service or an interruption outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability, consumer right, or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rule that applies to you, you and RinTrade submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand. This clause does not remove a right to use another court or remedy where applicable law says that right cannot be waived.

You may contact us before starting formal proceedings to see whether the matter can be resolved informally. Doing so is optional and does not suspend a legal deadline or limit a right or remedy.

12. Severability and complete terms

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms should be read together with the Risk Warning, Editorial Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any terms supplied with a particular dataset. If a dataset-specific licence conflicts with section 8, that licence controls only for that dataset. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
