# RinTrade Research Dataset Licence 1.0

Effective date: 22 July 2026

Licensor: Sakkarin Grinara, an individual operating RinTrade.

Licensed Dataset: the “RinTrade 2026 Forex Broker Spread Dataset”, Study ID
`2026-07-09-19-brokers-standard-accounts`, including the files in the official download package
and the adjacent downloadable aggregate CSV identified by that Study ID and its published
checksums.

By downloading, copying, or using the Dataset, you agree to this Licence. If you do not agree, do
not use the Dataset.

## 1. Permitted use

- Download, copy, and analyse the Dataset for personal research or internal research within your
  organisation.
- Share the Dataset internally with personnel or contractors who are required to use it only for
  that internal purpose.
- Publish limited, non-systematic excerpts, individual statistics, charts created from those
  excerpts, and your own analytical conclusions when the use does not reproduce, enable
  reconstruction of, or substitute for all or a substantial part of the Dataset.

## 2. Attribution and modifications

- Every permitted public use must identify RinTrade, the Dataset title and Study ID and, when
  published online, link to the source URL below.
- A permitted public excerpt or result that materially changes the original data must be described
  as modified or derived and identify the relevant method or transformation.
- Do not remove the Study ID, attribution, checksum, or rights notices supplied with the Dataset.

## 3. Restrictions

Without prior written permission, you may not:

- Sell, rent, sublicense, publicly mirror, republish, or distribute all or a substantial part of
  the Dataset.
- Distribute excerpts systematically or in a form that permits reconstruction of a substantial
  part of the Dataset.
- Use the Dataset as the principal data source for a competing dataset, database, feed, API,
  comparison, scoring product, model, or research service.
- Present modified or derived data as RinTrade's original observations.
- Imply that RinTrade sponsors, endorses, or verifies your product or analysis.

## 4. Rights and third-party material

To the extent protected by applicable law, the Licensor retains rights in the Dataset's selection,
arrangement, documentation, methodology, and other original material. Broker names, trademarks,
and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

This Licence grants only rights the Licensor is legally entitled to grant and does not restrict any
use that applicable law permits without permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved
to the extent permitted by law.

## 5. Version and scope

This Licence applies only to the Dataset edition identified above. A later study, revision, or
package may use different terms. Checksums identify the official files for this edition. Historical
observations are not current quotes, contractual pricing, or a promise that similar conditions will
recur.

## 6. No warranty

The Dataset and documentation are historical research material provided “as is” and “as
available”, not current quotes or financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. No accuracy,
completeness, currentness, merchantability, fitness-for-purpose, or non-infringement warranty is
given to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory rights that
cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 7. Termination, Terms of Use, and governing law

Permission under this Licence ends automatically if you materially breach it and do not remedy the
breach after notice where a remedy is possible.

This Licence supplements the RinTrade Terms of Use. For Dataset-specific reuse, this Licence
controls if the two documents conflict.

This Licence is governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Thailand
have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer or jurisdiction right that
requires otherwise.
